Quality & Product Integrity Engineer

Responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance, and performance from development through bulk production and shipment. Supports Product Integrity leadership in testing, samples, inspections, factory audits, CAPA, vendor performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage testing programs, approve results, coordinate with vendors and 3rd-party labs, and track KPIs

Review and approve fabric and garment samples; conduct EPS and pre-production reviews

Oversee inspections, approve results, train/evaluate auditors, and analyze quality KPIs

Conduct factory technical audits and follow up on corrective actions

Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and CAPA initiatives

Requirements:

3+ years manufacturing experience (1+ year supervisory/project role)

2+ years apparel inspection or testing experience

Strong English communication and vendor management skills

Experience with SOP/WI, KPIs, and problem-solving tools

Proficient in MS Office; statistical tools knowledge required

Willing to travel

Munsell color test (superior level) mandatory
