Qualification:
- Strong construction and quantity surveying expertise, with experience in building and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in budgeting and project control, including cost estimation, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary project and QS teams.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and relevant regulations, with commitment to safe site operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with contracts (e.g., FIDIC or similar), tendering processes, and claims management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, cost management tools, and construction planning applications).
- Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in construction projects is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are beneficial.
