Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Quantity Surveying (QS) and Purchasing Manager for our Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam office. This on-site role involves managing cost estimation, procurement, and supplier negotiations to ensure project efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing budgets, coordinating with vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring the effective allocation of resources throughout projects. This role will also involve collaborating with design and construction teams to support project success.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Quantity Surveying and cost estimation processes, experience in office fitout interior
• Experience with procurement, supplier management, and negotiating contracts
• Proficiency in project management and resource allocation
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and materials is a plus
• Proficient in relevant software applications for design, budgeting, and project management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
