Plan QMS activities and support weekly, monthly, and annual management review meetings.
Manage quality management system (QMS) certifications according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949. Coordinate with consulting and certification bodies to maintain the validity of the company's ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certificates.
Develop, maintain, and control QMS documentation in compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949, ensuring strict control of system processes. Manage document issuance.
Maintain an effective QMS according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949. Provide consultation, support, and inspection for the implementation of procedures, regulations, and standards in departments. Guide corrective actions and promptly address any issues or nonconformity arising during the implementation of documented procedures and policies within the company.
Manage internal audit programs, support external audits and compliance assessments related to the quality management system.
Conduct ISO 9001/IATF 16949 awareness training for company employees. Train staff on developing quality management documents, using document control tools, and managing QMS audits.
Develop and manage QMS-related software systems.
RequirementsGraduated from a university with a major in Quality Management or Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in managing company systems according to ISO 9001:2015
Fluent in English communication. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP,..)
Solid knowledge of quality control and improvement tools, such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean, VDA 6.3, etc.
Holds an internal auditor certificate for ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949.
Knowledgeable in the operation and functionality of production systems, such as SAP/MES, ERP, etc.
Possesses logical thinking skills and experience in developing dashboards and data management charts.
Having experience in companies that are supplier of OEMs or working in OEMs in the automotive engineering is an advantage
