Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities:

Products: Powder Coatings

Working location: AkzoNobel Vietnam - Lot I1-4, Que Vo 1, Phuong Lieu, Bac Ninh (Daily shuttle bus services from Hanoi).

Job Responsibilities Manage and enforce QC processes and quality standards.

Control batch quality, rework, and rejected products.

Review and approve scaleup and trial batches.

Manage customer complaints, including RCA and CAPA.

Maintain quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Control mixing and raw material quality issues.

Monitor hygiene, CCPs, and product testing activities.

Manage nonconforming products via SAP QN.

Support audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Lead improvement activities including BBS, 5S, and quality events.

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years experience in quality, familiarity with SAP QM is a plus.
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

Education Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Engineering or related field
