This role is responsible for ensuring product quality by performing inspections, testing, and monitoring production processes. This role helps maintain quality standards and supports continuous improvement on the production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
- Perform quality checks and testing according to standards and procedures
- Identify and report defects, non-conformance, and quality issues
- Work closely with production teams to ensure quality compliance
- Record and maintain inspection data and quality reports
- Support investigation and root cause analysis of quality problems
- Ensure production follows quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions
Requirements
- Diploma or above education background
- 1–3 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of quality control processes and tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
