Job Summary
Responsible for conducting quality inspections and audits throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) inspections and audits, including production line patrol inspections, process control point verification, and product sampling inspections.
- Identify and document quality issues, nonconformities, and potential risks during production processes, and promptly report findings to supervisors.
- Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and applicable quality management system requirements.
- Support production teams in implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain and update IPQA-related records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Participate in quality evaluations for new product introductions (NPI) and process changes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or engineering-related education is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IPQA, QA, or a related quality function within a manufacturing environment; experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and knowledge of IPQC/IPQA processes and methodologies.
- Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle work pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand English SOPs, work instructions, and quality reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
