Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our software products through both manual and automated testing activities.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing for Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance test design, test automation development, defect analysis, and overall testing productivity.
  • Conduct Functional, Integration, API, Smoke, Regression, End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance testing support.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain automation test frameworks using tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process.
  • Participate in release validation and production deployment verification.
  • Contribute ideas and best practices to continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and product quality.
  • Prepare test reports and provide clear communication on testing progress, risks, and quality status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and above in Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years ofexperience insoftware testing (both manual and automation).

Experiences

  • Experience testing Web applications across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and responsive platforms.
  • Experience testing Mobile applications on iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms.
  • Experience testing Desktop applications in Windows environments, including installation, upgrade, configuration, and compatibility testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar tools to support software testing activities.
  • Experience in CI/CD process (GitHub, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, nightly run...) is a big plus.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
