Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA/QC Engineer who combines a tester's mindset with a developer's skill set to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will be a critical part of ensuring our commercial platforms which power our sales, distribution, and target-setting operations are reliable, accurate, and user-friendly.

- Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand the logic behind our sales and data platforms, and design comprehensive test plans.
- Execute End-to-End Testing: Perform rigorous functional, integration, and usability testing on new features, system upgrades, and bug fixes for our web and mobile applications.
- Develop & Maintain Test Suites: Create, document, and execute detailed test cases and regression test suites to ensure new builds do not break existing business logic.
- Contribute to Innovation: Continuously update technical skills and willing to expand your scope of work to assist in building digital solutions that simplify workflows and optimize daily business operations.
- Validate Data Integrity: Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure that reports, dashboards, and financial calculations are 100% accurate.
- Defect Management: Identify, clearly document, and track defects from discovery to resolution using our project management tools (Jira/ClickUp).
- Support & Troubleshoot: Work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve technical issues identified in both testing and production environments.
Qualifications & Must-have:
- 1.5-3 years of experience in a Software Quality Control or testing role.
- Solid understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), modern QA methodologies and techniques.
- Proven experience in creating and documenting clear QA documents such as test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience testing both web applications (cross-browser) and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Good at English reading and writing skills for clear and precise documentation.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to report bugs effectively and work collaboratively with developers and project managers.
- Experience with any Test Management Tools (Azure Test Plan, Jira X-ray, BrowserStack)
Nice-to-have:
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
- Experience testing applications with complex business logic (e.g., sales, finance, data analytics, or logistics).
- A keen eye for UI/UX design and usability.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps (Boards) or similar project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of API testing tools (like Postman) and experience in End-to-end Testing.
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL and any DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) for testing at data layer to support data verification and reconciliation tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Testing
- Conversational English skills
