Test Execution: Develop and execute test scripts for automation test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.
Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
Test Case Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to resolve issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of test results, defect reports, and test case modifications.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in quality assurance.
Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies and tools.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 4 years of experience working quality control or software testing within an Agile development environment.
Knowledge of various types of testing, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing concepts.
Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management tools to organize test cases, track defects, and manage test execution.
Hands-on experience with test stacks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Gherkin/Cucumber.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation.
English: Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
