What we are looking for (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in QA/QC.
- Hands-on experience testing games (mobile, web or gameplay) or projects involving AI workflows, AI-integrated SaaS, or AI-driven features.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing processes.
- Strong interest in AI testing with a good understanding of AI behavior, edge cases, and output consistency.
Nice-to-have
- Experience testing AI features such as transcription, translation, AI-generated content, usage tracking, or service-tier limitations.
- Familiarity with UX/UI evaluation for AI products, including user flows and potential edge cases.
What you are going to do
- Test internal AI builds to evaluate AI behavior quality, decision-making logic, output consistency, and system stability.
- Identify, log, and track AI defects, including incorrect outputs, hallucinations, bias issues, edge cases, and performance anomalies.
- Validate AI features against requirements, specifications, or design documents to ensure correct implementation.
- Create and execute test cases, checklists, and exploratory tests for AI scenarios, edge cases, and failure modes.
- Collaborate with PMs, AI engineers, and developers to clarify expected behavior and verify fixes.
- Provide feedback on usability, reliability, explainability, and overall user experience of AI systems.
