JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts in Python or Java.
- Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman and Jenkins to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionalities and to identify test requirements.
- Manage test environments, test data, and execute automated test suites.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless testing across all stages of software development.
- Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and provide detailed reports for improvement.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira to track and manage issues and projects efficiently.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of quality are covered in the product life cycle.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends in QA automation and continuously seek to improve testing practices and tools.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant majors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation, with strong proficiency in Selenium, JMeter, and Jenkins.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) preferred.
- Experience in a Finance/Manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proven ability in writing and maintaining test scripts in Python or Java.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or automation tools is a plus.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management and issue-tracking software.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
