To support its operations in Vietnam, we are looking for a QA & Technical Support Specialist responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance, and technical support for customers and production partners.
This role will act as a key bridge between the global QA team and local manufacturers - handling quality audits, technical training, and continuous improvement to maintain excellence in every product delivered.
Responsibilities
- Collect and validate the traceability information in response to claims.
- Verify label compliance in response to claims, following established procedures.
- Prepare reports on findings, non-conformities and corrective action plans.
- Manage out-sourced personnel for product audits.
- Handle technical inquiries and provide technical support from customers in Vietnam regarding product specifications, regulations, and client standards.
- Provide trainings to customers and local teams on the proper use, handling and application of lables and products.
- Analyze quality complaints from customers, identifiy root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain records of audits, technical reports and complains in accordance with the quality management system.
- Maintain constant communication with the client sales and quality teams.
- Prepare reports on weekly activities and customer status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in QA or Technical Support (preferably in the textile/apparel industry).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable to multicultural environments.
