QA SUPERVISOR (Halal supervisor)

• Ensure full compliance with Halal standards in all production and operational processes
• Verify and approve raw materials, ingredients, and suppliers to meet Halal requirements
• Monitor production lines to prevent cross-contamination with non-Halal materials
• Maintain and manage Halal documentation, records, and traceability systems
• Coordinate and support Halal audits (internal & external certification bodies)
• Implement and maintain Halal Assurance System (HAS)
• Train employees on Halal awareness, procedures, and best practices
• Work closely with QA/QC, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
• Investigate and resolve any non-compliance issues related to Halal standards
• Stay updated on local and international Halal regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, Food Safety, or Halal compliance
• Strong knowledge of Halal standards and certification processes (e.g., HAS, JAKIM, MUIS is a plus)
• Experience in F&B manufacturing environment is preferred
• Familiar with food safety systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, or FSSC 22000
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
