A. FUNCTIONS
Quality Assurance & System Control
- Implement and maintain QA systems according to ISO 9001 or AS9100 as applicable.
- Maintain and control documentation for all ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards).
- Update and distribute Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.
- Ensure all processes comply with documented procedures and system requirements.
- Coordinate with process owners for document updates, revision control, and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and certificates of conformity.
- Participate in internal audits and support external customer or certification audits.
Monitor process capability and ensure process control limits are followed
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action
- Analyze defects and non-conformances from production or customer returns (RMA).
- Lead or support root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, or Fishbone methods.
- Coordinate with Process and Production departments to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Track and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Customer Quality Management
- Handle customer complaints and quality claims; issue failure analysis and corrective action reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding quality performance, inspection results, and audits.
- Support PPAP, FAI, or customer approval samples as required.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor quality performance indicators (defect rate, yield, DPPM, on-time corrective action closure).
- Conduct training for operators and inspectors on quality standards and workmanship (IPC-A-600 / IPC-6012).
- Prepare data for management review and quality KPI reports.
B. EDUCATION REQUIRED
College or Bachelor's degree in relevant majors as Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent work and/or educational experience.
At least 1 year of experience in relevant field.
C. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good command of English.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related tools.
Working Hours: 7H30-4H (Mondays - Fridays & 2 Saturdays)
