Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC role based in Buon Ma Thuot. The QA/QC professional will be responsible for managing and overseeing quality control and assurance processes in fruit processing operations. Tasks include monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality audits, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring alignment with international food safety standards. The professional will collaborate with internal teams to maintain product quality and consistency while identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management principles
• Strong understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Capable of conducting Quality Auditing processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Knowledge in international food safety and export requirements
• Attention to detail and precision in maintaining product quality and compliance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Buon Ma Thuot, Vietnam
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in the food processing industry, especially in tropical fruit products, is a plus
