Responsibility:
- Perform manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate software performance against specifications.
- Identify, report, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
- Ensure thorough test coverage for all features, workflows, and edge cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not introduce issues or break existing functionality.
- Write clear, concise, and detailed test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues not identified in test cases.
- Contribute to improving the testing process, methodologies, and tools.
- Possess a product-oriented mindset, actively contributing to product improvements, especially in UI/UX.
- Have experience applying AI technologies to enhance QA workflows or testing processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in manual quality assurance testing for web and mobile applications.
- Proven experience in manual quality assurance testing for web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Experience with automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Java, Python, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in developing and executing automated tests to streamline the testing process (familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman/Newman, or other relevant frameworks is a plus).
- Ability to design and run API tests using Postman, covering various features, user scenarios, and edge cases.
- Experience using Newman to automate API tests as part of the CI/CD process.
- Familiarity with n8n for automating repetitive and manual QA tasks. Experience integrating AI with n8n for smart test workflows is a strong advantage.
