Review and release imported products, printed packaging material, and returned goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the GSP warehouse, including conducting internal audits and risk assessments.
Handle complaints and recall activities, including counterfeit product issues, following company procedures and regulations.
Stay updated on quality management trends and developments through continuous education and professional networking.
Manage warehouse operations, including validation and calibration activities, continuous training programs, and supervision of quality and EHS staff.
Improve procedures for redressing products, providing guidance to the redressing team and ensuring product labeling compliance.
Assess and approve vendors and subcontractors within the scope of GSP.
Establish and maintain the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) system for the warehouse and company offices.
Conduct internal visits to evaluate EHS compliance and risk management, cooperating with warehouse supervisors on inbound and outbound activities and handling deviations and technical issues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge and experience in internal control and risk management principles for foreign-invested enterprise (FIE) warehouses.
Preferred experience in Pharmacovigilance/Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacist Center of Excellence (CoE) for import-export.
