Position: QA Manager
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining QA processes and test strategies (manual + automated).
- Leading a small but mighty QA team, mentoring and scaling processes as we grow.
- Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing across platforms.
- Collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure product specs are testable and well-defined.
- Championing bug triage, test coverage metrics, and quality gate definitions.
- Owning release cycles nothing goes out without your seal of approval.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or equivalent).
- Solid experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and APIs.
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams in agile environments.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator you catch bugs others miss.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or AI is a huge plus!
