Job Description
- Resource Coordination: Receive and clarify requirements from clients; allocate resources effectively based on actual project needs.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project-related issues; proactively identify risks and provide timely warnings and solutions to clients.
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Supervise all ongoing projects to ensure the quality of deliverables and testing results; review all output documents before delivering to clients.
- Develop and maintain training materials within the project.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new team members.
- Talent Development: Evaluate team members capabilities and create development plans tailored to each individual.
- Identify opportunities to expand project scope and business growth.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience as QA Lead, with the ability to manage teams of 8–20 members.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to understand technical terminology.
- Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and system development.
- Hands-on experience with software development processes and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
- Strong leadership, planning, team management, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Proficient in office tools, especially advanced Excel skills (including the ability to create macros for reporting and data analysis).
- Preference for candidates with QA/Testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent).
- Experience in the E-commerce domain is a plus.
