Job Description
- Analyze requirements documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories) to gain a clear understanding of business needs
- Design and develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Web/Mobile applications
- Perform Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, and Smoke testing
- Support UAT activities with stakeholders
- Conduct API testing and validate system data flows when required
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy after processing
- Log, track, and manage bugs using tools such as Jira, Redmine, or equivalent
- Collaborate closely with BA, Developers, Product Owners, and PMs to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to product quality improvements
- Review test cases and share testing knowledge within the team
- Work onsite at the Bank partner's office, collaborating with the internal Bank team during project implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer
- Experience in testing Web or Mobile applications
- Experience working with systems in the Banking / Financial domain is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and common testing methodologies
- Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Knowledge of API testing or testing in multi-service/integrated systems
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Redmine, or equivalent
- Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Have
- Experience with Automation Testing tools such as: Serenity, Cucumber, Katalon.
