QA Dyewash (Working Outside)
Work location: Nhon Trach - Dong Nai, Thoi An Ward (Dist.12)
Job Description:
- Receive dyeing/ washing plan from Purchasing
- Proactively arrange work based on the plan and notify the manager (CFA Leader)
- Approve shadeband and inspect quality of garment after dyeing/ washing at supplier (Sample & Bulk)
- Inspect quality of garment after washing- dyeing at supplier
- Infrom inspection result to CMP controller and QA/QC team, related depts
- Suggest improvement for suppliers
- Make daily inspection dyeing/ washing report
- Make sure passed washed/ dyed garment to return to UA
Job Requirement:
- College/University degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel, good communication, proactive
- Basic English communication skills
- Experience in quality control: sample approval, pre-production meetings, inline/AQL inspections, handling quality issues with CMP suppliers, reviewing inspection reports and product quality
