KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takes lead on cross-functional coordination with Brand or sourcing teams to do Product Registration.
- Take lead product registration with Food Safety Management Authority of HCMC for all products to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Advice and conduct product testing following guidelines from Ministry of Health.
- Work with third parties to ensure accurate testing, translation.
- Work closely with internal cross functions (Marketing team, Sales team, and Supply Chain team) to ensure accurate and timely required procurement documents.
- Update & follow up Vietnam's Food Safety regulations to get Visa for imported products.
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly report.
- Others works assigned by Line Manager.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in food, biology technology or related fields
- At least 1 year experience at the same position or QA/QC. Knowledge about product registration
- Used to work as consultant, reviewing about labeling as prefer.

- Able to work under pressure
- Good team work & communication with other departments
- Good command of PowerPoint and Excel
- Ambitious, ready to learning new things
- English: Good at Reading.
