Python Engineer (Mid-Senior level)

Role & Responsibilities

· Build and maintain high-performance backend services and data processing pipelines using Python.

· Work on API integrations, data analytics, and system automation features that power Checker's research platform.

· Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

· Collaborate with Product, QA, and Frontend teams to deliver complete solutions.

· Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure clean and reliable releases.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Python development, preferably in a product-based company.

· Hands-on experience with AI agent development

· Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Qdrant) and AI technologies, including RAG concepts, Agentic RAG, LLMs, and Generative AI

· Experience with data processing, automation, or machine learning is a plus.

· Familiar with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Git workflows.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication skills in English.

· Experience working with global or distributed teams is highly valued.
