Python Developer (US Program) - 1k2- 2k5

Location: Ftown3 - Saigon Hi-tech Park

Willing to night meeting to work with customer (1h/day)

Level: Senior-Lead

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and applications using Python.

• Utilize and integrate AI-based tools or techniques to improve development workflows and application performance.

• Build scalable and high-performance solutions on AWS Cloud infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for better performance and scalability.

• Mentor and support junior developers within the team.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Python, cloud computing, and AI technologies.

• Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in backend development, with strong expertise in Python and team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience in using and applying AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing, intelligent monitoring) or implementing AI solutions within applications.
• Solid experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
