About the role

This role focuses on developing Python-based tools and scripts that support test systems, release verification, and field operations.

Testing is treated as a technical verification context, not a manual QA role.

You will work closely with Senior Developers and contribute mainly through coding, investigation, and validation logic.

Responsibilities:

Python Development for Test Systems

Develop and maintain Python-based tools and scripts for test systems, internal utilities, and validation purposes (no automation framework development required).

Collaborate with Senior Developers to investigate, analyze, and resolve issues related to test systems using code.

Implement verification logic and validation scripts to ensure expected system behavior.

Update technical and test-related documentation when needed.

Release & Verification Support

Support the preparation and packaging of test releases.

Assist in release verification and qualification activities (knowledge of SQA is a plus, not mandatory).

Perform release package validation prior to deployment.

Factory & Field Support

Deploy test systems to factory or field environments and provide basic guidance to engineers/operators when required.

Monitor system behavior in production and perform first-level technical analysis (FA) on failures.

Collect and review system data to support performance and issue analysis.

Conduct initial investigation of field issues and escalate complex cases to Senior Developers.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Python Developer, SDET, or Test System Engineer in an engineering environment.

Ability to write clean, maintainable Python scripts (focus on scripting and tooling, not backend systems or automation frameworks).

Understanding of software testing concepts (unit, integration, system-level) from an engineering perspective.

Experience analyzing logs, execution results, and system behavior to support investigations.

Strong analytical mindset, ownership, and willingness to work hands-on with code.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have (optional)

Knowledge of SQA principles or release qualification processes (advantage only).

Frontend experience with Next.js / TypeScript / Tailwind CSS, including:

oFamiliarity with server/client components and API integration.

oExperience with component-driven development and Git-based workflows.
