Job Responsibilities
- Participate in web application development projects as a Full Stack Developer, using Python for the Backend and ReactJS for the Frontend-related tasks.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain web application features, ensuring stability and high performance.
- Work with AWS and handle some infrastructure-related tasks.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, system design, and development planning.
- Participate in testing and debugging to ensure product quality.
- Update and improve codebase to enhance performance and security.
- Support and mentor other team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience working with Python. Candidates with 45+ years of experience and previous leadership of small teams (210 people) are a strong plus.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries such as Redux and Webpack.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with development tools and processes such as Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Experience optimizing backend performance. Priority given to candidates with 4+ years in backend and 6 months1 year in frontend.
- Experience with AWS; candidates with basic hands-on AWS experience are preferred.
- Other skills and requirements:
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English or Japanese is a plus.
