To perform daily Premium Collection tasks, ad-hoc tasks and projects in conformity with approved operating manuals as customer excellence services.
- Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests relating to Premium Collection, check and process requests efficiently as Operating Manual and meet pre-set target.
- Proceed requests smoothly and accurately in conformity with approved operating manuals to meet pre-set KPIs such as turnaround time, pending rate, error rate, productivity
- Cooperate with other sections (CS, NBUW, Claims, Distribution Compliance, Complaint Handling, Actuary, …) to solve daily issues related to customer requests with customer centricity manners. Provide guidance of assigned functionals to frontline staff if necessary
- Verify transactions, conduct quality control. Co-work with IT and cross functionals to fix system errors, handle issues or customer complaints.
- Join company's projects or department's projects as assigned.
- Other tasks as required by PC's management time to time.
- Job Accountability
- To ensure all functional processes and technical systems are designed and developed effectively and efficiently, update and upgrade frequently, best support for frontline and back end to deliver collection service.
- To prepare reports accuracy and timely as required
- Fix, enhance systems timely, accuracy and timely
- Qualifications
- Mandatory: College/University graduate
- Advantage: University graduate in Finance, Insurance or Banking
- Knowledge and skill
Mandatory: At least 2 year of working experience in Life insurance industry, having skills of English basic, document writing, time management, competence in problem solving, communication, relationship building.
