JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for process development, improvement activities and machinery system designs, tests, and optimize machinery systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Implement machinery engineering designs, test, and optimize production systems and processes.
- Support superiors in implementing improvement activities (Safety – Environment – Quality – Operation) and the 2030 roadmap.
- Supervise, inspect, evaluate and implementation of DX, Operational Excellent (OE), Kaizen, and Poka-yoke activities.
- Make technical reports/process improvement reports.
- Control KPIs in operations and support adjustments and improvements.
- Understand ISO management systems and support in establishing control systems for the department.
- Train and educate operators on new technologies and techniques.
- Timely report any abnormalities or new findings in the process to superiors.
- Understand section target clearly and obtain the cooperation of others in the team to complete assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/factory environment are preferred.
- Have knowledge of food processing technology.
- Understand of MSG manufacturing, refining, and crystallization processes.
- Understand P&ID, plant layouts, machinery system design, and data analysis tools.
- Have certification about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, GMP, and Food Defense; Halal knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, BPMN, DCS, or other equivalent tools.
- Have good command in English.
- Be honest, compliance, dynamic, enthusiastic, inquisitive, highly responsible and well-communicated.
WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M

Ajinomoto Viet Nam (Ajinomoto Bien Hoa Factory - Bien Hoa I Industrial Zone, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City.)
