Role Description:
As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire procurement lifecycle of IT/Telecom services, from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and performance monitoring.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and Leased line services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/partners.
- Review technical specifications, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Execute and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle documentation, payments, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain procurement and service reports.
2.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Telecom, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role (Procurement/Supply Chain).
- Direct experience working with major vendors (Cisco, HPE, Dell, etc.) and their authorized distributors is required.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and diligence.
- Customer-centric mindset with high adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
