Purchasing Manager

Role Description

• Plan and execute purchasing activities in line with production schedules
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing/contracts, and drive cost-optimization initiatives
• Oversee purchase orders and inventory control through the ERP system
• Lead and develop the purchasing team, ensuring on-time, cost-effective material supply
• Liaise directly with Chinese suppliers/HQ on sourcing, quality, and commercial terms

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement, ideally within machinery, mechanical, or industrial manufacturing
• Good at Chinese & English
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and supplier management skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural manufacturing environment
