Purchasing Manager - Chinese Speaking

This is a full time postion based onsite at Tan Binh Industrial Park in Northern part of Tan Uyen. Company accomodation may be provided if required.

We are seeking for a bilingual (Vietnamese and Chinese speaking) purchasing expert in HCMC, with past experience procuring fabrics and packaging materials within manufacturing environment. The Purchasing Manager will oversee the procurement process, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, track purchase orders, and maintain inventory levels. This role involves ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality goods and services, analyzing market trends, and developing cost-effective procurement strategies that align with company objectives. Collaboration with various departments to forecast demand and support operational needs is a key aspect of this role.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulating departmental systems and processes;

2. Responsible for price inquiries, comparisons, and negotiations during the procurement process, as well as the signing and execution of procurement contracts;

3. Collect market information, summarize and analyze it, and provide timely feedback to relevant departments within the company to optimize the company's raw material and component procurement and reduce procurement costs;

4. Accurately select suppliers, considering factors such as price, payment method, delivery time, and after-sales service;

5. Participate in procurement price control and procurement cost management;

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years procurement experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in packaging materials or fabric.

2. Experience working for manufacturing business with over 500 employees.

3. Strong supplier development and negotiation skills.

4. Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese, and able to use them as working languages.
