Desired Skills and Experience:
7 years working experience as Sourcing /Purchasing or Supplier Development Manager with European/International buying team on retail direct product procurement.
Understanding of production flow and quality management in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in working in direct sourcing for a retailer would be preferable.
Good and fluent in writing and speaking English.
Strong communication skills, strategic sourcing capability and commercial acumen. Able to work proactively and both independently and as a part of a team
Influential negotiation skills and strategies
Analytical and conceptual thinking.
