Project Management

• Plan, manage, and track localization projects related to purchasing and procurement activities.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

  
  

Localization & Purchasing

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, components, and services in alignment with quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Coordinate localization of purchasing materials such as RFQs, RFPs, contracts, supplier guidelines, policies, and training documents.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure optimal value and establish long-term supplier partnerships

• Ensure localized content accurately reflects purchasing terminology, commercial terms, and legal requirements.

• Support localization needs for supplier communications, negotiations, and onboarding processes.

  
  

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a communication bridge between global procurement teams, local purchasing teams, legal, finance, and external suppliers.

• Align localization projects with global purchasing strategies and local business requirements.

  
  

Vendor & Resource Management

• Manage vendor timelines, deliverables, and quality performance.

• Support cost tracking, budgeting, and purchasing approvals related to localization projects.

  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  
  
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
  
  
• Good knowledge of sourcing strategies, cost analysis, and contract management.
  
  
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
