Job Summary

Working closely with the vendors, examining prospective suppliers, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. They also perform other duties such as preparing reports, tracking orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and reviewing the quality of purchased products.

Main Duty and Responsibilities

  • Purchasing all expendable in factory included asset
  • Review raw material inventory in SAP and all requirements from other departments regarding approved Purchasing requisition
  • Upon HOD/Plant Manager approval of quotation and approved PR by DGM, then issue PO through SAP system to suppliers
  • Issue delivery schedule to suppliers & store PIC
  • Making RM forecast monthly, quarterly and sending to suppliers bases on Forecast from customer.
  • During preparing for payment document, check GR quantity on SAP whether warehouse do GR accordance with actual delivery. If not, check again with supplier to fulfill as PO required
  • Controlling defect & return indirect material Q'ty to supplier (if any)
  • Checking and sending documents to logistics staff for doing Customs declaration regarding delivery term which agreed by INTERPLEX and suppliers.
  • Processing & preparing payment documents for all POs related to indirect material after delivery based on payment term
  • Controlling Inventory day (DIO) and Aging of material to archive Management's target.
  • Maintain Infor Record in SAP
  • PIC of ISO/ IATF document preparation and control in Purchasing Department
  • Handling other arising jobs if required

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above
  • From 3-5 years-experience in Purchasing position and also Import-Export (customs field)
  • Good at English, Chinese is preferable
  • Hardworking, cafefull
  • Good teamwork & also independent work.
  • Strong in problem solving skills.
