Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Specialist role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Purchase Specialist will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and negotiating prices and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement. The role involves creating and tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to meet demand and maintain stock accuracy. The Purchase Specialist will evaluate supplier performance, maintain up-to-date purchasing records, and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards. The role also requires analyzing purchasing data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and contributing to the optimization of procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in purchasing operations, including Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Orders.
• Experience in Purchase Management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Solid Analytical Skills to review spending patterns, assess supplier performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant procurement is preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
