Publisher Director Dokey - Hephaestus Tech International Partner Hiring

We are looking for a **Publisher Director** to build and lead our entire content and editorial division from scratch.

**What you'll own:**

- Define the editorial vision and story format for Dokey

- Build and manage relationships with authors, voice actors and audio studios

- Oversee bilingual (Vietnamese + English) story production

- Structure the content catalogue and roadmap for the next 12 months

- Negotiate and manage content contracts

**You are:**

- Passionate about children's content, storytelling and education

- Experienced in editorial, content production, publishing or audio (children's content is a strong plus)

- Bilingual Vietnamese–English or able to supervise both languages

- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup with limited resources

- Based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi (remote possible for the right profile)
