Support in Educational Market Development & Expansion
- Research, collect, and update the database of schools in Ho Chi Minh City (Primary, Secondary, and High Schools).
- Approach and build relationships with B2B partners in the education sector, including software providers, LMS platforms, online learning platforms, EdTech companies, and IT service providers for education.
- Prepare materials prior to meetings: proposals, legal documents, and solution introduction decks when working with School Boards and relevant departments.
- Develop outreach plans by school/area, track progress, and provide periodic reports.
Consulting on Digital Transformation Solutions for Schools
- Quickly understand the ecosystem of digital transformation products for education (tuition payment, attendance tracking, communication apps, canteen management, healthcare modules, etc.).
- Understand the operational model of each school level (Primary, Secondary, High School), including roles of School Boards and related departments to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset: identify pain points of schools/partners before introducing products.
- Participate in onsite support during initial deployment phases: guide parents and students in using the products.
- Collect feedback and issues (technical, operational, parents, students) and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them promptly.

- Discipline & perseverance: Education projects (especially public schools) often have long cycles, requiring consistency and follow-up.

- Communication skills: Confident in engaging with School Boards, leadership teams, Departments of Education, and senior-level partners.
2/ Requirements
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Marketing, or Finance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate effectively with partners.
- Clear speaking voice, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking, proactive in learning and understanding products.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, EdTech, or working within the education sector.
- Experience in education-related services, school support, customer service, or telesales.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to take on challenges, and suitability for a dynamic startup/fintech environment.
