Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons for students of various proficiency levels
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence
• Use diverse teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles
• Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, and class participation
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills
• Monitor individual student performance and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience
• Stay updated with the latest ESL teaching techniques and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree (preferably in Education or Linguistics)
• TEFL/TESOL certification if the Bachelor&aposs degree is not in Education or Linguistics
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to adjust teaching methods according to individual needs
• Strong organizational skills to manage time and resources effectively
