Job Description
- Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
- Dress in issued uniform and ensure a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
- Report to work on time. Be aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notify the Supervisor in adequate time.
- Maintain supplies and clean the lobby areas.
- Maintain and clean the public washrooms. Each washroom to be checked each hour as a minimum.
- Dust all tables, lamps and ledges in all public areas, corridors and elevators.
- Clean all glass doors and mirrors in public areas.
- Dust all marble in lobby.
- Clean pay telephones and house telephones. Ensure supplies such as pens, pencils, memo pads, directories, ashtrays, and matches are available.
- Make routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness. Empty ashtrays and keep sand clean and stamp with logo.
- Clean employees washrooms on all floors including pool area.
Job Requirement
- One year working experience is preferred.
- Basic Education completed is preferred.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Fluent in English is encouraged.
- Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
