About the Role
Report to: Associate Director, Life Propositions and Product Delivery

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Proposition Go-To-Market (GTM), Senior Lead who partners with distributions to plan and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) for all distributions. This includes activation of all new product initiatives, customers promotions, health ecosystem and Vitality features.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Propositions GTM(80%)
- Work with Propositions Development to develop annual plan to promote AIA Propositions including Vitality to distributions.
- Work with Propositions Marketing to the GTM plan for new and existing propositions covering product positioning, product packaging, sales pitch and sales tools.
- Partner with Distributions and Channel Marketing to develop and excuse activation plan for all Propositions.
- Collaborate with Propositions Development to initiate, develop and launch Vitality Integrated Propositions.
- Work with Proposition Development, Propositions Marketing and Training to develop training materials and conduct training for trainers and manage the product GTM for all distribution channels.
- Partner with Distributions to translate customers feedback, distribution feedback into product requirements.
- Manage all product and customers promotional activities including design customers promotion campaigns, alignment with distribution channels, develop all marketing materials in conjunction with Propositions Marketing.
Other (20%)
- Develop and manage relationship with key stakeholders in distribution channels (10%).
- Work closely with Propositions Development, Operations and IT on all propositions development initiatives and implementation (5%).
- Ensure compliance with local, group standards and all regulations (5%).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Life / Health Insurance, Financial Services.
- Experience in product marketing, life insurance product sales training is preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral.
