Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute technical assignments. Each day, you will deliver technical solutions as per agreed timeline and standards using established solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the development of technical expertise solutions and services.

Location: Bac Ninh or Ho Chi Minh City (candidates from either Bac Ninh or Ho Chi Minh City are acceptable).
This role is contributing to the Robotics product.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Determining offered solutions and product versions, including the extent of standard and non-standard solution scope to meet customer requirements.
- Working independently using solid competency in technologies, tools, and methods to solve critical issues.
- Supporting technical reviews and participating in core technical meetings.
- Coordinating technical support for the resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the robotics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of robotic systems, automation technologies, and related software.
- Certification in robotics or automation (e.g., Certified Robotics Technician) is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of robotic systems, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and improving client satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure precision in service operations and documentation.
