Role Description

  • Manage and oversee all building operations to ensure high service standards
  • Plan and control budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize financial performance
  • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality (security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and service experience
  • Lead, train, and develop the on-site operations team
  • Monitor building systems, maintenance plans, and propose continuous improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Property Management or related fields
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in property/building operations management
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets and work effectively under pressure
  • Good English communication and proficiency in MS Office
