Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investment opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, building and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating property transactions. The role requires identifying clients needs, presenting tailored property solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate to guide clients in making informed investment decisions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust and provide high-quality client interactions
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed performance targets
• Sound understanding of the real estate market in Vietnam, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
