The
Programme Management Assistant (Scheduler) supports the Programme Manager and project team in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable scheduling data, structured reporting, and analytical insights to support the successful execution of complex rail infrastructure projects.

You will:
- Support the development and implementation of project scheduling processes, ensuring alignment with defined procedures and project standards
- Prepare and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, including resource- and cost-loaded schedules
- Develop detailed and phase-specific schedules (e.g. installation plans, rolling schedules, interface schedules)
- Coordinate scheduling inputs across project teams, identify deviations, and support optimisation of timelines and resources
- Monitor project progress by analysing actual versus planned performance and supporting earned value analysis
- Prepare schedule reports, including critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and variance reporting
- Identify schedule risks and opportunities, and support mitigation and acceleration measures
- Contribute to monthly progress reporting for internal stakeholders and clients, including time-related analyses and insights
- Support schedule-related inputs for claims, including forensic schedule analysis where required
Your Qualifications And Skills To Create a Better Tomorrow
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience as a Scheduler in major infrastructure or railway projects
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and schedule management practices
- Good understanding of project management principles and project delivery processes
- Experience in preparing schedule-related reports and contractual submissions
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multicultural teams
- Fluent English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage
