We are looking for a results-driven Project Sales Manager to drive business growth in Smart City, Traffic, and High-Security projects. This role requires strong capability in solution selling, project execution, and government engagement, especially in infrastructure-related projects.
- Develop and manage project opportunities in traffic, surveillance, and smart city sectors
- Build relationships with government agencies, project owners, and contractors/SI
- Lead full sales cycle: opportunity → proposal → tender → closing
- Coordinate with technical teams for project delivery
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years in Project Sales / BD within CCTV, ITS, Security, or IT infrastructure
- Strongly preferred: hands-on experience in projects involving:
- Traffic signal systems
- Traffic surveillance cameras (ITS)
- High-security surveillance (e.g., prisons, government facilities)
- Understanding of tender/bidding process, especially public sector
- Existing network with DOT, Police, or project authorities is a plus
- English or Chinese
