The Opportunity

Our valued client is a global leader in precision instruments & measurement solutions used across laboratory & industrial with presence in 40+ countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet financial targets and key performance indicators.
  • Execute business plans and marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Expand and maintain a qualified customer database in target segments.
  • Lead direct and indirect sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in both private and government-linked companies.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Provide expert consultation on the products and solutions.
  • Increase brand awareness and oversee customer projects.
  • Regularly assess market needs and implement initiatives to address them.
  • Generate leads and manage customer engagement.
  • Prepare performance reports and track progress against targets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Laboratory Engineering, Mechanical, Automation or related fields.
  • Proven track record in developing & managing long-term projects.
  • Strong business development and strategic planning abilities.
  • Solid understanding of sales, distribution, and project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
  • Knowledge of key industries such as chemicals, food, packaging, and engineering.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
