Key Responsibilities
- Meet financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Execute business plans and marketing campaigns effectively.
- Expand and maintain a qualified customer database in target segments.
- Lead direct and indirect sales and marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in both private and government-linked companies.
- Identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Provide expert consultation on the products and solutions.
- Increase brand awareness and oversee customer projects.
- Regularly assess market needs and implement initiatives to address them.
- Generate leads and manage customer engagement.
- Prepare performance reports and track progress against targets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Laboratory Engineering, Mechanical, Automation or related fields.
- Proven track record in developing & managing long-term projects.
- Strong business development and strategic planning abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales, distribution, and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
- Knowledge of key industries such as chemicals, food, packaging, and engineering.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
