The
Project Procurement Manager integrates Procurement into the project lifecycle from an early stage, driving sourcing strategies and ensuring optimal value contribution while maintaining quality, availability, and compliance.

You will:
- Lead and coordinate project procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, manage sourcing processes, and drive cost, quality, and delivery outcomes
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, evaluation, and contract execution
- Identify and manage procurement risks, opportunities, and performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Support and guide procurement teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Your Qualifications And Skills To Create a Better Tomorrow
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in international project procurement within large infrastructure or railway projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles and procurement strategy execution
- Proven ability to operate in complex, multicultural environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; additional languages (e.g. Vietnamese) are advantageous
