Project Pre-Sales Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) - SCG CBM Vietnam, Danang

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to target customers, including home builders, contractors, and developers.
• Analyze project requirements and develop product specifications aligned with construction drawings, budgets, and project standards.
• Support the Sales team during the pre-sales stage to increase specification acceptance and sales conversion.
• Prepare and present technical and sales support documents related to product specifications.
• Visit and support project sites, and follow up from design through construction to ensure compliance with approved specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in material specification, technical sales, or pre-sales support within construction projects.
• Experience in the building materials, construction, or cement industry is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, project specifications, and on-site processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and support project sites as required.
• Able to work in Central Vietnam (Da Nang City).
