Project Planner (Telecommunication)

Purpose of Job Role:

The Project Planner is data driven to create insights and trends to support the Customer

Project Manager effectively and efficiently manage their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope. Secure that customer business is correctly executed adhering to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

Typical Interfaces:

• Internal: Customer Project Manager (CPM), Network Program Directors (NPD), Customer Operations Manager (COM), Implementation Managers (IM), Service Lines (SL) Manager, Sourcing, Supply, Finance, Human Resource & Organization (HR&O)
• External: Customers, Partners, 3rd Party Suppliers.

Key Responsibility

• Be the owner of project material planning covers project material preparation, capability planning, scenario planning and project material fulfillment.
• Ensure correct components material driving in supply chain with the alignment of project demand in related Ericsson planning system & tools.
• Optimize project material inventory in most efficient state.
• Build up and maintain a high-level competence on ERP system, forecast analysis tools, product & supply chain knowledge and inventory control, to ensure the efficient supply capability in high quality.
• To be a target driver in assigned area, involve relevant colleagues to achieve target together.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Telecom experience from vendor and/or service provider
• BSc or equivalent degree and proficient in English
• Project Management Certifications (PMP or PRINCE2) is preferable
• Previous experience from managing contract delivery (1+ years required)
